The film stars Chopra Jonas, Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim, and Rohit Suresh Saraf. Based on the real life story of Aisha Chaudhary who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, the film tells the love story of her parents, Aditi and Niren, dealing with their daughter's illness.
